Do you take amigurumi/crochet commissions?

I am open to them! I will give you a more accurate quote based on concept, difficulty, materials, and deadline. Please email contact@yssakai.store to start a conversation! 

 

Do you take refunds?

All sales are final. If you need to cancel an order before it’s shipped, please get in contact as soon as you can! I am not responsible for any damages, losses, or post office-related issues during shipment.

 

Why doesn't my handmade item look the same as the picture?
I make a note in all my product pages for handmade items that they will look different, as is the nature of them being handmade. I hope you still love them all the same!



My items were damaged during transit!
In the case of damaged goods immediately after transit, please contact me via the contact form with your order number and images of the damaged product. I am more than happy to try to work an exchange in most cases. In the case of handmade items being damaged during transit, please contact me to discuss - I cannot guarantee a repair or replacement.

 

When do you ship?
I ship every Thursday. I do my best to process your orders as quickly as possible, but please allow at least 1 - 2 weeks to process, handle, and ship. Handmade items will take up to two weeks to process and ship.

I ship using USPS from Austin, TX. Depending on your location, and if USPS is working normally, domestic orders can take between 1-6 business days for your order to arrive. There are many factors that can delay shipping, from me receiving an overwhelming amount of orders all at once to busy mail seasons (voting season or Christmas time).

All international orders should take approximately 7-24 days to deliver and reach their destination. Please keep in mind that as soon as I ship your order, I am no longer in control of the shipment. Any shipping times are in control of your local postal service. I also have UPS as an option for international folks, but do understand it might be at a larger cost to you!

I am not personally responsible for lost packages once released in the mailing stream. Contact me if you haven't received your order in two weeks, and we can work something out!
