Handling Times

I ship every Thursday. I do my best to process your orders as quickly as possible, but please allow at least 1 - 2 weeks to process and ship. Handmade items will take up to two weeks to process and ship. 

Shipping Times​

I ship using USPS from Austin, TX. Depending on your location, and if the USPS is working normally, domestic orders can take between 1-6 business days for your order to arrive. There are many factors that can delay shipping, from me receiving an overwhelming amount of orders all at once to busy mail seasons (voting season or Christmas time). Please be patient! Everyone, from me to the USPS, is working hard to get your order to you.

All international orders should take approximately 7-24 days to deliver and reach their destination. Please keep in mind that as soon as we ship your order we are no longer in control of the shipment and any shipping times are in control of your local postal service. 

Please note that I am not responsible for lost packages once released in the mailing stream. Feel free to contact me if you haven't received your [domestic] order in two weeks.

 

Shipping Methods

This shop uses USPS to ship out all orders and uses Shipstation to fulfill postage and stamps. Domestic USA orders by default do not come with online tracking, however arrangements can be made to provide you with a tracking number. All international orders come with a tracking number. If your notification email fails to contain a link to your tracking number please feel free to contact us so that we can provide you with one.
